Yaakov Aryeh
Yaakov Aryeh is the founder and director of The Online Shtiebel, a licensed clinical social worker, trauma-informed somatic practitioner, and the founder of Reach.Me.Too LLC and Eye.See.You. For the past decade, he has worked closely with teenage boys through some of their most difficult, tender, and defining moments. His work has always extended far beyond the traditional therapy office, using creative, experiential, and out-of-the-box approaches to meet teenagers where they feel most comfortable and connected. With extensive training in trauma and a wide range of therapeutic modalities, Yaakov brings clinical depth to his work while always leading with warmth, intuition, presence, and genuine human connection. The Online Shtiebel grew from that same philosophy: sometimes reaching a teenager means creating an entirely different kind of space in which to reach him. Yaakov envisioned a community where boys could experience belonging, connection, Torah, mentorship, and caring adults without judgment or pressure. That vision has grown into The Online Shtiebel—a community built around seeing each boy, meeting him where he is, and making sure he knows that he has a place where he belongs.
R' Dovid Cynamon
Rabbi Dovid Cynamon LCSW has been a beloved rebbe for over 30 years. His passion lies in his love for life and his deep belief in the unique potential within every individual. With warmth, insight, and sincerity, he helps others recognize their own strengths and value.
R' Tzvi Steinberg
Rabbi Tzvi Steinberg, shlita, is the Rav in the Whispering Meadows community in Jackson, New Jersey, and serves as Av Beis Din of Neve Tzedek. He also served as the Rav for a decade at Congregation Zera Avraham in Denver, Colorado. Rabbi Steinberg directs the Gary Care Center, a support center for eating disorders.
Chaim Leib Marmorstein
Chaim Leib Marmorstein grew up in a distinguished rabbinic environment on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, shaped by prominent Torah leaders and a strong tradition of chessed and communal responsibility. For more than two decades, he has served as a rebbe, mentor, and communal leader, co-founding and directing programs dedicated to helping young adults navigate challenges, grow, and build productive, fulfilling lives. He brings his extensive experience in mentorship and community building to The Online Shtiebel.
Menachem Friedman
R’ Menachem Friedman has devoted his life to chinuch, chesed, and supporting others. For nearly two decades, he served as a rebbe for grades six through eight at Rav Teitz Mesivta Academy in Elizabeth, New Jersey, where he also worked as a middle school guidance counselor. A licensed clinical social worker, Rabbi Friedman brings his experience in education, mentorship, and mental health to his work with individuals and families. He is also a dedicated member of Hatzolah in both Lakewood and Elizabeth, reflecting his longstanding commitment to serving the community.
R' Shmuel Goldstein
R' Shmuel Goldstein has been a Maggid Shiur in Kollel Horaah in Marlboro, And has been teaching 7th and 8th grade in RJJ of Staten Island for more than a decade. R' Shmuel Goldstein received Smicha from both Rav Dovid Feinstein ZT”L and Rav Reuven Feinstein Shlita, And has also printed several volumes of Halacha Peshuta on various parts of Orach Chaim.
